Introduced in honor of the 500th anniversary of the arrival of Columbus to the New World and released in 1994 as part of the Linea series. Siglo V is considered to be the best cigar in the Linea series. Its beautiful oily wrapper are convincing us that we will really going to enjoy smoking this one. You will find lots of mixed aromas of sweet vanilla, coffee and roasted nuts. Just be patient and wait for this cigar to get the best taste. It is worth a try. Recommended aging for this cigar would be 4-5 years.

This is a really good cigar, though a bit monoflavoured. No variations throughout the cigar, despite an 100 minutes duration. Also the draw was a bit tight. Overall, I would say it is a bit overpriced. Siglo IV and VI are way better imo.
