Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. The minimum amount of a shopping basket is 50 USD per order. You will be billed in DOLAR by our billing company. Once placed, orders must be approved by our sales representative and billing company before applying credit card charge. We are not responsible for paying your taxes to any country. The client is responsible for paying any taxes or duties involved in the importation of his/her order into his/her country. If you do not want to pay these, please do not order.
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have reason not to be satisfied with your order, please contact us directly. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of reception of your order and only if you have contacted INFO@THEHOUSEOFHABANO.COM to receive a return number. Your package is guaranteed for damage to the products and loss. Coloration of cigars or taste do not qualify as reasons for a return, so if you are not sure of what product you wish to buy, contact us for advice or information before ordering. Once the package has been received on return a refund can be applied. Refunds All orders can be canceled or the shipment can be suspended up to 24 hours after paying for your order, take into account that the time to make the shipments can vary according to the order of orders that we have, these can be from 2 to 7 business days. There is a time of internal ligitica in our normal warehouse for order processing.and/or credits can also be applied for lost packages after 30 days or if the damage and state of the product is unsmokeable or unworkable, you must get in touch with the Team to proceed. Once you have paid for your order you will not be able to modify your order. The only way we can cancel orders is if they remain unpaid and we can do that for clients no problem.
The cigars are sent sealed keeping the level of freshness and humidity. In some cases they will be open to verify the status of the cigar. Shipping will be provided by international postal or courier services and takes between 7 to 25 business days to be delivered depending on your country and destination city. Delays can occur beyond our control for which we are not responsible (customs clearance delays, extreme weather situations, local postal errors). International postal protocol considers a package lost one month after the shipping date, therefore replacements will be sent after this time if the package cannot be located. Yes, we ship Cuban products to the United States.
